Richard Todd has over thirty nine years diversified experience in Financial and Business Management, including record of achievements in the development of financial, operational, administrative, manufacturing and information systems management programs. He has been consistently working towards improving the profitability and cost reduction programs. Prior to joining LanceSoft, Richard worked with Davis Inotek Instruments LLC as the CFO with proven experience in acquisition, start-up, turn-key and restructured operations. Richard holds a degree in B.Sc. in the Industrial Management from the Purdue University along with a graduate degree in Financial Management Program from General Electric Company.

A dynamic strategist, Gianinder brings with him over 15 years experience in business development, client account management, operations and offshore delivery for professional services and IT solutions. Gianinder has to his credit demonstrable success among Fortune 500 clients within the Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing verticals. Prior to joining LanceSoft, in his role as Asst VP at Collabera (formerly GCI) Gianinder headed the company’s $80m professional services division in Communication and Media. He was recognized for consistently overachieving targets and placing the company among top 5 vendors in all his accounts. His integrity, strong business acumen along with superior negotiation and people management skills make him an invaluable asset. Gianinder holds an MBA degree and is a Certified SAP Professional.
