Luigi D'Amato has over twenty plus years of experience in accounting and financial management in Government Contracting and the private sector. An experienced finance professional, Luigi has extensive leadership experience in the areas of operations planning and forecasting, treasury, budgeting, audit, compliances and mergers and consolidation. Prior to joining LanceSoft Luigi has served as Controller of Finance and accounting for organizations like L-3 Communications Corp., Titan Corporation, Computer Based Systems etc. Luigi has immense knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and International Accounting Standards. Luigi has earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the American University of Washington D.C and BS in Commerce from University of Rome.

Paige Shannon joined Lancesoft, Inc. in February, 2008 as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel. Paige has more than fifteen years of broad legal and corporate experience, including an expertise in state and federal labor law, contract law, conflict resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has served as General Counsel and as a Human Resources Executive for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Paige’s experience and expertise will ensure that Lancesoft, Inc. remains a model of corporate self governance and compliance. Paige earned her Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University.

A dynamic strategist, Gianinder brings with him over 15 years experience in business development, client account management, operations and offshore delivery for professional services and IT solutions. Gianinder has to his credit demonstrable success among Fortune 500 clients within the Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing verticals. Prior to joining LanceSoft, in his role as Asst VP at Collabera (formerly GCI) Gianinder headed the company’s $80m professional services division in Communication and Media. He was recognized for consistently overachieving targets and placing the company among top 5 vendors in all his accounts. His integrity, strong business acumen along with superior negotiation and people management skills make him an invaluable asset. Gianinder holds an MBA degree and is a Certified SAP Professional.
