Social Responsibility

LanceSoft attaches great importance to discharging its overall social responsibilities to the community and the society at large. This is demonstrated throughout its business, social and philanthropic activities. While all LanceSoft employees are encouraged to participate individually, LanceSoft leadership provides the daily example for all to follow. We realize how fortunate we truly are and recognize our call to act on behalf of those less fortunate.

Social Investment

LanceSoft not only believes in taking jobs to rural and economically depressed areas, we see this as a way to sow the seeds of hope and prosperity both far and wide. As a pilot, LanceSoft started its first office in Point Pleasant, West Virginia along with the help of the West Virginia Economic Development Agency. The facility will be able to grow to 200 employees before 2007. LanceSoft hired and trained unskilled labors and enabled them to transfer education to new economic dollars for their families. LanceSoft and the State of West Virginia are committed to making this endeavor a success.

The same initiative has been started in Newport News, Virginia. Newport News office will generate employment for 250 employees thus contributing significantly to the local economy. In both cases, LanceSoft is seeking to employ veterans of all walks of life, education and skill level – regardless of any physical challenge or impediment.
