Under managed T&M engagements, LanceSoft provides professional resources on an as-need basis, all along the contract life cycle, for end-to-end analysis, design, construction and integration of enterprise solutions. Depending on client's need and the project, the terms of these kinds of engagements are based on either person-hours or person-months spent.
LanceSoft’s well-managed time and-material program will track complete and detailed records of all events and provide an accurate accounting of dollars and the true value of provided services. Combined with LanceSoft’s efficient in-house service, managed time-and-materials offers complete client control, utmost accountability and numerous opportunities to capture savings. Resources can be ramped up and down over and above minimum commitment at a short notice. LanceSoft provides both onsite and offsite consulting options to clients and assumes full responsibility for the logistical support of the consultants we provide.
