Among the top CEOs who attended was the celebrated ASIMCO Chairman & CEO Jack Perkowski, best-selling author of “Managing the Dragon: How I'm Building a Billion-Dollar Business in China,” from China who shared his invaluable insights into how U.S.-based businesses could take advantage of growth opportunities through onshore and offshore ventures. On May 27 - 29, 2008, The US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) hosted the Annual National Business Opportunities Conference, the largest of its kind in the US. At this 23rd anniversary ‘CelebrAsian ‘08’ LanceSoft Inc walked away with the prestigious “USPAACC 50 fastest growing Asian American business” award for its outstanding capabilities to serve as a reliable supplier to various Fortune Corporations and Federal Government agencies. LanceSoft Inc has yet again stood testimony to have achieved great heights in business and enriched the lives of many Americans. Gianinder Singh joins LanceSoft Inc as the VP – Sales - April 2008
LanceSoft Inc today announced the appointment of Gianinder Singh as its Vice President- Sales. Gianinder brings with him more than 15 years of experience and has a proven track record of driving profitability in competitive global customer markets. Strong in leadership, operational, negotiation, innovation and analytical skills, Gianinder in this role will be responsible for all revenue generating activities of LanceSoft Inc.
Gianinder has to his credit demonstrable success among Fortune 500 clients within the Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing verticals. Prior to joining LanceSoft, in his role as Asst VP at Collabera (formerly GCI) Gianinder headed the company’s $80m professional services division in Communication and Media and placing the company among top 5 vendors in all his accounts. His integrity, strong business acumen along with superior negotiation and people management skills make him an invaluable asset. Gianinder holds an MBA degree and is a Certified SAP Professional.

Mr. Ram in his talk dealt with key issues surrounding the areas of effectively managing a growing workforce. He explained by example how fast growing companies can leverage their workforce and accomplish a competitive edge. The panel was also served by some of America’s most successful CEOs and entrepreneurs of growing companies.
Paige Shannon joins LanceSoft Inc as General Counsel/ VP – HR - Jan 2008
Paige Shannon has been announced as the General Counsel/ VP – HR of LanceSoft Inc. In this position, Shannon will oversee LanceSoft’s legal affairs and direct schemes focused on the development and management of human resources. Paige Shannon began her term in February 2008 to take on the role of a General Counsel to LanceSoft Inc.
Paige has more than fifteen years of broad legal and corporate experience, including an expertise in state and federal labor law, contract law, conflict resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has served as General Counsel and as a Human Resources Executive for both privately held and publicly traded companies. The CEO of LanceSoft Inc, Mr. Ram Karuppusamy added that Paige’s experience and expertise will ensure that the company remains a model of corporate self governance and compliance. Paige earned her Juries Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University
LanceSoft Inc moves into new office - Nov 2007
As a score of expanding business, LanceSoft Inc moves into a new purpose designed headquarters on Dulles Corner Blvd, Herdon, Virginia. The building will be quarters to the company’s financial, commercial and innovation leadership. The employees of LanceSoft Inc expressed excitement of the new 16000 sq feet facility citing its strategic location from the standpoint view of the company’s continued successful operations.
“Our employees, partners and customers will highly value this new facility as we grow to meet the demands of the global market. It also will allow us room for future growth and expansion” added Ram, the CEO of LanceSoft Inc.
LanceSoft Opens South Africa Office - Oct 2007
To tap the market potential of South Africa, LanceSoft inaugurated a global delivery centre in Johannesburg, SA. This initiative began with signing of a Joint Venture with a SA Financial Solutions Company. The new centre would support LanceSoft Inc as an offshore IT solutions provider in a similar time zone to sustain the company’s growing clientele. The new facility will provide application outsourcing and staffing solutions for clients across the globe.
“The new delivery centre at South Africa is a key part of our strategy to operate as a globally integrated enterprise. Such a strategy will strengthen LanceSoft’s global sourcing capabilities and will be a catalyst to the growing relations between India and South Africa” said the CEO of LanceSoft Inc, Mr. Ram Karuppusamy. He also added that the launch of the office marks further expansion of LanceSoft’s Global Delivery Network.
